Few places have been part of the Greensand Ridge Distillery story for as long as St Julians. In fact, we were proud to serve some of the very first bottles produced by the distillery when it launched, and their spirits have remained a fixture behind our bar ever since.
Greensand Ridge crafts exceptional spirits from locally sourced surplus produce, capturing the distinctive flavours of the woods, orchards, fields and hedgerows that surround the distillery. With a commitment to both quality and sustainability, Will built the distillery from the ground up to minimise its carbon footprint while creating a positive impact on the local environment and community.
