St Julians Club has a duty to ensure the security of personal data. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
We will only keep your data for the purpose it was collected for and only for as long as is necessary after which it will be deleted.
Should your membership lapse we will transfer your details to our confidential and secure ‘Sleeping membership’ file. We find archiving our records to be in your interest should you wish to re-join in the future and also for historical research purposes of the Club.
